Pairing Forerunner 201/301 to Garmin Express

The Forerunner 201/301 are able to sync data to Garmin Connect using a program on your computer called Garmin Express1. This allows you to upload and view your activity data online.

To pair your (insert device) to Garmin Express:

  1. Attach the device to the charging cable/cradle.

  2. Plug in the USB cord to the computer.

  3. Open Garmin Express.

  4. Select ‘Add Device’ in Garmin Express.

  5. Follow Garmin Express Prompts to complete the set up.

Your Forerunner 201/301 set up is now complete.
