Security Sensor Alarms from OnDeck

If the Security and Location alarm from OnDeck is enabled, but security sensor alarms are not being received, try the following: 

Connect mobile device to OnDeck Wi-Fi and verify the configuration of the security sensor (Settings > OnDeck Settings). If the installation has a security sensor connected, then this must be configured as "Connected" in the settings menu.

If there is not a Security Sensor but OnDeck is sending a constant alarm about it being triggered, try the following: 

Connect mobile device to OnDeck Wi-Fi and verify the configuration of the security sensor (Settings > OnDeck Settings). If the installation does not include a security sensor, then this must be configured as "Not Connected" in the settings menu.
