My Approach Watch Will Not Power On or Charge
If an Approach® watch will not turn or charge, there are some basic troubleshooting steps that you can perform.
Approach Watch Will Not Power On
In some instances, a watch may show a blank screen and will not power on. You can try a reset to get the watch responsive.
- Hold the power button (see the owner's manual) for 30 second.
- Release the power button.
- Connect the watch to a computer.
- If the watch does not power on automatically with the computer connection, hold the power button again for 30 seconds.
At this point the watch should power on and indicate that it is charging.
