Chart Installer: Blank Screen Upon Opening
You may open the Chart Installer program and notice the entire page is blank except for the navy blue heading banner at the top of the screen, like in the image below.
If this happens, the easiest way to correct it is to minimize the Chart Installer window using the third button in from the top right of the screen on a Windows computer. On a Mac computer use the yellow minimize button in the upper left of the screen. Then restore it from your task bar or dock to display the screen in full.
