Dog in the List is Not Showing on Tracking Compass

For the Alpha® 200 & Alpha® 300 dog tracking handhelds, if you have a collar that is paired in the Dog List, but it doesn't show on the Tracking Compass, (nor the Map) check the "Active Status" for the dog in the Dog List > Show Info screen.

1. Go to the Home Screen
2. Tap the Dog List
3. Tap on the dog that has the issue to show it's info
4. Ensure the field that says Active, (the slider set to the right side position)
