Xero Bow Sight or Crossbow Scope Resets or Reboots While Ranging a Target

If your Xero® bow sight or crossbow scope resets when attempting to range a target, it may be due to the batteries being used. The Xero sights/scopes require lithium AAA batteries to provide the proper voltage. Alkaline AAA batteries are not supported and will prevent the device from functioning properly.

Even if brand new AAA lithium batteries are being used one battery may be defective, physically damaged or at a lower voltage. We recommend swapping lithium batteries if the device is resetting while ranging a target.
