Power Down an Edge 200 When It Is Frozen
If the Edge 200 will not react to any buttons and appears to be frozen, you may need to perform a soft reset. Performing the soft reset will not erase any data. Press and hold the power button until the screen goes blank. The device will now be able to be powered on normally.
Afterwards, it is suggested to plug the Edge 200 into the computer and update the system software using Garmin Express.
