Managing Data for Multiple Devices With the Garmin Explore App

When using multiple devices with the Garmin Explore™ mobile app, they can each be set to use the entire Library collection. If you delete data from one of the devices that item is then removed from the Garmin Explore app, Garmin Explore website, and any other synced devices. This deleted data is then unable to be recovered.

To avoid unwanted data loss, it is best to have each device sync to its own collection in Garmin Explore. To prevent the loss of data, manage the data for these devices through the Garmin Explore app or the Garmin Explore website rather than the device itself. Any data deleted directly from the device will still be removed from any synced collections in the Garmin Explore app or on the Garmin Explore website.
