Is the DownVü/ClearVü change related to the ongoing patent litigation with Navico?

Yes. This change is an effort to further differentiate Garmin technology from our competitors, including Navico. Garmin stands behind its technology and expects a favorable outcome in many lawsuits brought by Navico against Garmin. However, this change allows us to continue to design, manufacture and sell our ClearVü scanning sonar no matter the outcome of any appeal.
