BlueChart g3 and LakeVu g3 download stalls and does not complete

The below has been resolved with v14.20 of the ActiveCaptain Application If the issue persists, please contact support.

We are aware of an issue that may be affecting some customers’ ability to download updates for BlueChart g3 and LakeVu g3 products through the ActiveCaptain application. The symptom manifests in the download starting, but not finishing. We are currently working to resolve this behavior as quickly as possible and will update this FAQ once completed.
