Tacx Application Subscription Options

Garmin offers monthly and yearly subscription options to access premium features through the Tacx Training and Desktop App. When you first sign up for new Tacx Cloud account, you will be enrolled in a ten-day introductory trial. If you redeem a voucher, it will be applied after the ten-day introductory trial has expired.

How Much Does a Subscription Cost?

The conversion rate will be applied for countries outside of the US when subscribing. Monthly subscriptions are 30 days and yearly subscriptions are 365 days.

How Do I Subscribe?

  1. Log in to the Tacx Cloud.

  2. Select Subscription & Settings.

  3. Select PLANS & PRICING.

  4. Select Buy for one of the subscription options.

  5. Follow on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

How Do I Use a Voucher Code?

  1. Log in to the Tacx Cloud.

  2. Select Subscription & Settings.

  3. Under the Subscription section, select the Click here link.

  4. Enter your voucher code and select VERIFY.

  5. Select REDEEM to activate the subscription.

A voucher code will provide you with Premium services for the length of the time indicated on the voucher or by the issuer of the voucher.


Can I Use a Voucher Code If I Have a Current Subscription?

A voucher code cannot be stacked with a current subscription and can only be used on accounts without an active subscription. To apply a voucher code to an account with an active subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Tacx Cloud account and select Subscription & Settings.

  2. Select PLANS & PRICING.

  3. Select the bubble next to Cancel subscription and provide a reason in the dropdown.

  4. Select Continue.

  5. Once the current subscription expires on the date shown, log back into the Tacx Cloud and follow the instructions above: "How Do I Use a Voucher Code?".

NOTE: Voucher codes that feature the number one (1), capital i (I), and lower case L (l) can sometimes look similar. If your voucher code does not work, you can check to make sure that it is valid by following this link: https://cloud.tacx.com/#/voucher-validate. Additionally, if your 10-day introduction subscription is active, the voucher code time frame will begin after your introduction subscription expires.
