Hiding or Showing the Trip Log on an Automotive Device
Many of Garmin's automotive devices will record a Trip Log (tracks) that can be displayed on the map screen. The Trip Log is essentially an "electronic breadcrumb" trail that shows you where you've been whenever the device is turned on and has acquired satellites.
To Hide or Show the Trip Log:
- Touch Settings
- Touch Map & Vehicle or Map Display
- Touch Map Layers
- Touch the box next to Trip Log, Unsaved Tracks, or Travel History to hide or display the log on the map screen
- Touch Save or touch and hold the back arrow to return to the main menu
Repeat steps as needed.
