OnePlus Phone Running Android 10 won't Connect to Wi-Fi

Update the OnePlus to the Latest Software Version. If the Issue is Still not Resolved, see Below.

Follow the steps below if the Garmin Drive App cannot connect to Wi-Fi (i.e.: Live Feed, Gallery) when using a OnePlus phone with Android 10.  The Garmin Drive App may or may not display "Something went wrong, need to close app".

First, close the Garmin Drive App.


On the OnePlus Phone:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Touch Wi-Fi & Internet
  3. Touch Wi-Fi
  4. Touch Wi-Fi preferences
  5. Toggle Auto switch to mobile data

This will correct the Wi-Fi connection in the Garmin Drive App.
