My Garmin Watch Fails to Calculate a Course

Long courses, created on the watch to navigate to a location, may not fully calculate or can take a long time to calculate. This is due to reaching the course point limit. If this occurs, it is best to create a course in Garmin Connect and send it to the watch, or route to a closer destination. If your trip is spanning multiple days, it is best to create individual courses for each day of your trip. 

If the watch partially creates a course, it will fill in the rest of the directions as you navigate.
