Receiving Credit for the Return of a Device

When an item that was purchased from Garmin is returned for credit, you may expect to see the credit for the returned item posted to your credit card account within 7 to 10 business days after the item has been checked in.

It is important to note that a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained to avoid a delay in processing.
