Error: "Remove Unsupported Devices From Panoptix Port"

echoMAP CHIRP and ECHOMAP Plus devices that include a Panoptix/network port will present the error message "Remove unsupported devices from Panoptix port" if anything other than a supported device is connected.

Resolution

Verify that the device connected is compatible. 

  • The Compatible Devices tab will be located on the product page for each Panoptix transducer.

Update the Software of the echoMAP device.

  • Once the compatibility of the devices has been confirmed, verify that the software is completely up to date. For instructions on updating software, please view the Related Content.
