I’m Having an Issue Using the Spotify App on My Watch
If your Garmin watch is running out of storage space for downloaded music, the Spotify Connect IQ app on your watch may stop functioning properly. Issues can include:
- The Spotify Connect IQ app crashes
- Music fails to sync to the watch
- Music fails to play on the watch
We are working to solve these issues through a watch software update. A temporary fix can be used by uninstalling and reinstalling the Spotify Connect IQ app on the watch:
Change the music provider on the watch from “Spotify” to “Control Phone”.
