Adding Languages with Garmin Express™ Program

  1. Plug your watch into a computer.
  2. Open Garmin Express.
    NOTE: If needed, install the Garmin Express program. 
  3. Select or Add your watch to Garmin Express.
  4. Select Tools & Content.
  5. Select Language Files under Optional Updates.
  6. Check languages you would like to add.
  7. Click Install Now.
  8. Wait for the sync to complete.

The selected languages are now available on your watch.
