Sharing Scorecards with Garmin Connect Web
The Connections option in the Garmin Connect website will allow you to share your Garmin Connect data with other Garmin Connect users. After you have connected with another user you can adjust your privacy settings to allow each user to share their data. You can then view their golf data such as scorecards, stats, and more.
Adding Connections
Log in to Garmin Connect.
Select Connections from the menu on the left.
Use one of the search options to locate the person you are trying to add as a Connection.
Click Connect next to the person you would like to add.
Select OK to acknowledge the Profile and Activity Privacy disclaimer.
A Connection request will be sent to the other user.
Once the Connection has accepted the request and they have set their activities to be viewed by Connections, you can view their scorecards. The scorecards of your Connection will only be viewable if they have adjusted their Account Settings and Scorecards to make them viewable.
Allowing Your Activities to Be Viewed
Log in to Garmin Connect.
Select your profile icon in the upper right hand corner.
Select Account Settings.
Select Privacy Settings.
Select the dropdown next to Profile and make changes if you would like other users to be able to view your profile and add you as a Connection.
Select the dropdown next to Activities and select who you would like to be able to see your activities.
NOTE: This will change your privacy settings for all activities after you have made the change. To change privacy settings for past activities:
Select Update Past Activities next to Past Activities.
Make desired changes to All Past Activities or Custom.
Click Update to save your changes.
Your activities can now be viewed by others based on your settings. Your Connections will need their activities to be set to be shared for you to view them.
NOTE: When viewing individual scorecards, there is a lock icon above and to the right of each scorecard. If the lock icon is in a 'locked' status, you can click it to unlock that scorecard so it is no longer private.
