Selling or Transferring Ownership of Your Garmin Watch
There are situations that require you to remove your registered device from your Garmin Connect™ account, such as returning the watch to the store, transferring ownership, or removing an old device no longer being used.

Transferring Ownership
Once you have removed your device from your Garmin account, reset your watch before transferring ownership, this will clear your personal information and settings.
