zumo 590 and zumo 595 has no audio from line-in through a Bluetooth headset

If you are using a wired connection to an audio source (such as your phone via the headphone jack for the device, or using an Aux cable from the motorcycle's audio system) and have a Bluetooth headset paired to the zumo, the audio being played from the line-in source may not be heard through the headset. Resetting the media source can correct this issue.

To reset the media source:

  1. Touch Apps on the main menu
  2. Touch Media Player
  3. Touch the Media Source button
    • This is the icon of two audio plugs in the top-left corner of the screen
  4. Select a different media source1
  5. Touch Save
  6. Touch the Media Source button
  7. Select Line In
  8. Touch Save

Audio should now be played through the Bluetooth headset.
