Editing Reps on Outdoor Multisport Watches

Using the rep count feature on a compatible outdoor wearable will allow the user to track common gym exercises and count the number of reps completed. The devices use consistent motion to categorize exercises and display reps on the device.

Since each person’s form and exercise cadence is different, it is possible that the device may miss or count extra reps. In these situations, the band allows for the number of reps to be edited during rests between sets.
