Open the Garmin Connect app.
Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).
Select Activities.
Select All Activities.
Select and open the activity that you would like to share.
NOTE: To share an activity, its privacy must be set to Everyone (select
in the top right corner > Edit Activity > Privacy to change this).- Select the share icon located near the top of the page.

Sharing a Garmin Connect Activity
Activities that have been uploaded to your Garmin Connect™ account can be shared with others. Select your preferred platform below to learn more.
Sign in to Garmin Connect from a web browser.
Select Activities from the expanded navigation bar on the left.
Select All Activities.
Select and open the activity you would like to share.
NOTE: To share an activity, its privacy must be set to Everyone (select the lock icon (Privacy) in the top right, next to the share icon to change this).
Select
(share icon) from the top right Select an option to share the activity.
Follow the on-screen prompts.
