Locating Your Device Unit ID in the Garmin Connect App
If you are trying to locate the serial number and you have either lost your box or the serial number label is missing from the device, you can find the Device or Unit ID number if your device is listed in the Garmin devices menu of the Garmin Connect™ app.
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).
Select Garmin Devices.
Press and hold the screen where the name of your device is listed.
iOS phones will display Device ID.
Android phones will display Unit ID.
The ID number can be provided to Garmin Product Support if you are asked to provide the serial number of your device.
