My Garmin Pay Watch Was Lost/Stolen

Garmin watches compatible with Garmin Pay™ mobile payment solution compatible require a user to input the authentication passcode when the watch has been taken off the wrist. If the watch is lost or stolen, another user is required to know the passcode to make any purchase using Garmin Pay. We recommend either suspending or removing your credit/debit card(s) if your Garmin watch is lost or stolen.

Either option will disable the card(s) on the Garmin watch making it unable to be used at a merchant's payment terminal.

  2. Access the menu by selecting More (bottom right).

  3. Select Garmin Pay.
  4. Select the desired card.

    • If necessary, select the device you want to remove the card from.

  5. Select Suspend Card.
