Demo BirdsEye Satellite Imagery

BaseCamp allows you to download a small demo of BirdsEye Satellite Imagery or BirdsEye TOPO - USGS Quads imagery on both the computer and device.

This can be helpful to see how the imagery looks prior to purchasing a subscription.

Downloading a BirdsEye Demo

1. Install the latest version of BaseCamp
2. Ensure a compatible¹ Garmin device is connected to the computer
3. Start BaseCamp
4. Select My Collection
5. Select BirdsEye
6. Select Download BirdsEye Imagery
7. Follow the onscreen instructions to download BirdsEye Imagery
   • For Product, use the drop-down to select BirdsEye TOPO - USGS Quads - US or BirdsEye Satellite Imagery Subscription V2
     
     
   • Note: To ensure the image is also transferred to the device, click Copy imagery to device after download
     
     • For Mac users, this option appears before selecting a product
     • For Windows users, this option appears once the download has started

The device will now have a selection of BirdsEye Imagery on it for demonstration purposes.
