Long-Range Antenna for Group Ride Radio

The Long-range Antenna with Tube Mount can be purchased for your Group Ride Radio. This external VHF antenna easily attaches to your vehicle's tube frame or roll cage for longer range group ride performance.

Note: The Tread® GPS Navigator and all models in the Tread® series and the zūmo® XT and zūmo® XT2 GPS navigators will show no on-screen indication the antenna is a Long-range antenna if you replace the standard antenna with the Long-range antenna.

Connecting the Long-Range Antenna:

1. Screw down and tighten the antenna cable from the Long-Range Antenna onto the Group Ride mount

2. Attach the Long-Range Antenna to the Double-Socket Arm

3. Remove the weather cap

4. Connect the antenna

5. Connection Complete

NOTE: The Group Ride Radio (5.5") (Sold separately) for the Tread® - Base Edition and zūmo XT, Group Ride Radio (6", 8" and 10") (Sold separately) for the Tread® - Overland Edition, Tread® XL - Baja Chase Edition, Tread® XL - Baja Race Edition, Tread® XL - Overland Edition, and zūmo XT2 is required to use most of the Group Ride features.
