How Do I Pair My Smart Trainer to the Edge 130 Plus?

NOTE: Indoor trainer support was added with a software update. Ensure your device is up to date on software using Garmin Express from a PC if you cannot follow the steps below. 

Pair an Indoor Trainer:

1. Wake up the trainer so that it is ready to be detected.

2. From the Edge 130 access the menu by pressing and holding the upper right button.

3. Arrow down and select Indoor Trainer.

4. Once indoor trainer is detected select Yes.

The trainer will now be connected. From here you can:

• Access settings related to the trainer

• Free Ride

• Follow a Course

• Follow an Activity

• Follow a Workout
