Bark Correction Mode on Delta (non XC) Devices

Delta Sport™ and Delta Upland™ remote training systems utilize a bark correction mode*.  When you enable bark correction mode, the handheld device automatically activates a stimulation when the dog collar device detects a bark.  The system starts at the lowest intensity level and increases the intensity level automatically based on the dog's barking behavior.  After bark correction mode is enabled, it may take up to one minute for the system to increase to an intensity level that discourages the dog from barking. 

If the collar detects movement or another noise that it does not identify as barking, it will perform a quicker blink to indicate it is on and that it detected the stimulus.

Since the device does not have manual settings that need to be evaluated by the user for effectiveness, it does not track the number of barks a dog makes. Instead, it automatically increases intensity as needed.

Being mindful of the functionality of the bark correction mode on the device will ensure optimal use of this feature.

*This mode is unavailable in the base model Delta® remote training system.
