dezl Headset Not Powering on or Charging
Check the Following if a dēzl™ Headset Will not Power on or is Not Charging:
- Verify the headset is receiving power from the connected USB cable.
For charging information, see Charging the Device
The power LED flashes green when the headset is charging.
Note: Charging the headset will power it on, and it can be used while charging. The headset will charge while powered off.
Inspect the power LED.
For LED activity and status information, see Status LEDs.
If the LED is solid red, the headset has detected an error or fault that prevents the battery from charging.
Try another charging cable.
Try another charging adapter.
Try another power source.
Note: The maximum expected life for phone calls only with normal usage is up to 50 hours. Maximum expected life when used for media is up to 25 hours. Using Active Noise Cancellation will decrease these estimates.
