My Outdoor Watch That Appears Frozen or Non Responsive
If a Outdoor Watch is not charging, it is possible that there are connection problems with the charging cable, or the AC adapter may have failed.
Troubleshooting the Connection
There are a couple of things that can be checked when attempting to charge the watch.
- Disconnect and reattach the charging cable
- Ensure the contacts on the watch and charging clip are clean

- Charge device through a different power source, such as a computer
- Leave the device plugged into the charger for up to two hours
- Reset the device by holding the power key for 30 seconds
- This will not erase any of your saved data or settings
