Managing My Garmin Navionics Subscription Service

The Subscription Portal will allow you to manage most Garmin Navionics subscriptions and renewal. Select a topic below for subscription management instructions.

Updating Payment Information

  1. Log in to the Subscription Portal.
  2. Select Manage on the subscription you want to update.
  3. Select Update Payment Info
  4. Update or confirm billing address and select Next.
  5. Update your current credit card or add new credit card information and select Save.

You have now updated the payment information for your Garmin Navionics subscription. 


Downloading Invoices

  1. Log in to the Subscription Portal.
  2. Select Manage on the subscription you want to update.
  3. Select Update Payment Info
  4. Select Download Invoice to download the most recent invoice.
  5. Select smc download iconto download a previous invoice.

You can now view the invoice details. 


Cancelling a Subscription Service Purchased in the Chart Installer or Garmin.com

  1. Log in to the Subscription Portal.
  2. Select Manage on the subscription you want to change.
  3. Select Change Plan.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription under the current plan.
  5. Check the box confirming that cancelling will turn off subscription-related features and functions.
  6. Select Cancel Service.

To continue to receive updated charts and features, an active subscription is required. 


Cancelling a Subscription Service Purchased Through the Navionics® Boating App

  1. From your Boating app, tap Menu.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the subscription you wish to manage.
  4. Tap Manage Subscription. This will take you into the Google Play Store app or Apple device Settings.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. 

To continue to receive access to charts, overlays, daily updates, and advanced features, and active subscription is required.
