My Device is Not Listed in the Garmin Connect App
If your specific device model is not listed in the Garmin Connect™ app when browsing compatible devices, you may need to change the country setting in your Garmin Connect account. Garmin® does offer regional specific device models that will only be listed when the Garmin Connect app is set to those regions.
Changing the Country Setting in Your Garmin Connect Account
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Select More (bottom right).
Select Settings.
Select Profile & Privacy.
Select Manage Garmin Account.
Sign in to the Account Management Center.
Select Edit from Account Details.
Change your location.
Select Save.
After completing these steps, return to Settings in the Garmin Connect app and Sign Out. When you sign back in the correct list of devices for your selected country will be available, and you will be able to proceed with setting up your device.
