I Have Forgotten My Garmin Pay PIN Code
A PIN or Passcode is required to access your Garmin Pay™ mobile payment service on your watch. If the passcode is entered incorrectly three times, the wallet will be locked. To unlock, you must create a new passcode using the Garmin Connect™ app.
Open the Garmin Connect app.
Select More (bottom right).
Select Garmin Devices.
Select your device.
Select Garmin Pay.
Enter Garmin Pay passcode.
The app still requires you to remember and enter the original passcode. If you enter that passcode incorrectly an additional three times, the wallet will be deleted from your account. If this occurs, you will need to recreate your Garmin Pay wallet at which time you can establish a new passcode.
