- Log in at explore.garmin.com.
- Select Groups & Users.
- Select
at the far right of the user's name.
- Select Reset Password in the drop-down.
- Select OK.

Changing Passwords in a Professional inReach Account
At times, as an account administrator, you may need to change a user's password. There are two methods for changing a user's password in a Professional inReach® account.
IMPORTANT FOR ADMINISTRATORS: Passwords must be set for sub-users before they can sync assigned devices with the Garmin Explore™ app.
- Log in at explore.garmin.com.
- Select Groups & Users.
- Click on the user's name.
- Click on Change Password.
- Enter the password in the New Password field, and in the Confirm New Password field.
