The Connect IQ™ app for YouTube Music allows you to sync saved playlists, podcasts, and music to your compatible Garmin® smartwatch when you have a YouTube Music Premium account. Below is a list of frequently asked questions that you can choose to learn more information.
What Garmin Watches Are Compatible With the YouTube Music App?

The following are requirements to use the YouTube Music Connect IQ app on your watch:
A YouTube Premium or YouTube Premium Music Subscription.
The Garmin watch must be paired to your smartphone through the Garmin Connect™ app.
The Garmin watch needs to be set up to connect to a secure Wi-Fi network. For help, see your owner's manual for instructions to set up Wi-Fi.
Choose your installation option below to reveal steps on how to install the YouTube Music app to your watch.
NOTE: A Bluetooth® connection to your paired smartphone is required to use this method.
On the watch, press START to access the activity and app list.
Select Connect IQ Store.
Select Browse.
Scroll and select Music.
Scroll to and select YouTube Music.
Select Install to being installation of the app.
Open the Connect IQ Store app on your smartphone.
Search YouTube Music.
Select Install.
Agree to any app permissions requests.
The YouTube Music app will be queued and will install during your next sync. You will see a message on your watch when the YouTube Music app has been added to your device.
Select the following YouTube Music Link to download the app.
Select 
button.
If prompted, sign into your Garmin account.
Select your watch to download the app.
Acknowledge any app permission requests.
Message should indicate that the app will be installed during the next sync. If this does not occur automatically, below are options to sync your watch:
To sync via Bluetooth®: Be in range of your paired Smartphone, press and hold the power button to access the Controls Menu. Select

To sync via Wi-Fi: Be in range of your Wi-Fi network, press and hold the power button to access the Controls Menu. Select to sync
To sync using the Garmin Express™ program: Connect the watch to a computer using the supplied power/data cable. Open Garmin Express. Sync will automatically occur once the watch is detected.
Once you have downloaded and installed the app, follow the steps below to tie your YouTube music premium subscription to the watch.
Open the YouTube Music app on your Garmin watch.
When prompted on the watch, confirm the request to send a notification to your phone.
Select the notification from your phone to begin the sign in process.
Enter the code displayed on your Garmin watch to the field prompt on your phone.
Choose your account that is tied to your YouTube Music Premium subscription.
Read and agree to the Garmin Connect IQ Terms & Conditions.
Setup is complete. The watch will transition to the YouTube Music app home screen.
From the YouTube Music app home screen, you can review and download music from your library, recommended and last played music, as well as podcasts.
NOTE: Connect your watch to an external power source to offset battery usage during your download as well as improve your Wi-Fi reception which can speed up download times.

Open the YouTube Music App on your Garmin watch.
Access the menu of the app and the select YouTube Music.
Select Remove.
Choose Music or Podcasts.
Select the content you would like to remove.
