WIN_SMARTTTEMPFILE.CPP error in a Garmin application

Description

The WIN_SMARTTTEMPFILE.CPP error can occur if a Garmin application is having issues accessing the Windows' temp folder.

Resolution

Clean out the temp folder. To clean the temp folder:

1. Press Windows key + R
2. Type %Temp%
3. Click OK
4. Delete all or as many files as possible from this folder
5. Close the Temp Window
6. Re-run the Garmin application after cleaning out the temp folder

Once the temp folder has been cleaned out, the error message should no longer display.
