Device Displays the Message "The memory card has reached the end of its useful life."

All microSD memory cards wear out after they are used for a long time.  The message "Memory card has reached the end of its useful life" may appear on your device.  The issue is likely with the mapping memory card itself, or the device's card reader.   

See the below recommendations.  

• Format the mapping memory card

• • For instructions go to the Support Center and enter the product name or the serial number of your device
  • Once your device is selected, in the 'Search for a solution...' box enter "Formatting a microSD/SD Memory Card"

• Try using a different memory card

Contact Product Support  if the above do not resolve the issue.
