Sending App Logs From the Tacx Desktop App to Garmin Product Support

In some situations, Garmin Product Support may ask for app logs in order to investigate an issue. The following steps are for the Tacx Training™ desktop app:

  1. Open the Tacx Training desktop app from your Windows computer.

  2. Select Three black vertically stacked lines(upper left corner).

  3. From the bottom select Save log files.

  4. Save files to your desktop.

  5. Send the Garmin Folder to Garmin product support using the steps in this FAQ:  Sending a File, Folder, Photo or Video to Garmin Product Support
