Enabling music controls on the Forerunner 230 and 235

The Forerunner 230/235 has ability to control your phone's music player when paired with the Garmin Connect Mobile app on compatible smartphones.*

To enable the Music Controls:

1. Use the Up or Down arrows to view the Controls widget
2. Press and hold the Up button until a menu populates
3. Select Music Controls

To enable the Music Controls while the activity timer is running:

1. Start the timer
2. Press and hold the Up button
3. Select Music Controls

To exit the Music Controls settings press the Back button on the Forerunner 230/235.
