Removing a Dog Tracking Device From the Alpha App

You may need to remove a paired Alpha® dog tracking device from the Alpha® app if you no longer have it, or for troubleshooting Bluetooth issues.

1. Forget the Phone From the Bluetooth Settings of the Dog Tracking Device

  1. From the main menu, select Setup or Settings.
  2. Select Bluetooth or Phone.
  3. Select Forget Phone.

2. Forget the Garmin Device From the Bluetooth Menu of the Phone

  • Consult the phone manufacturer for steps if needed

3. Remove the Garmin Device From the Alpha App

  1. Open the Alpha Mobile app.
  2. Select Watch and Handheld icon.
  3. Select your Garmin device.
  4. Select Remove Device or Explore app three dots Android > Remove Device.
