The Buttons on My Garmin Watch Do Not Respond When Pressed or Appear to Be Stuck
If a button on your watch stops working, it is possible that debris may be present between the button and the watch housing. As a first step to resolving this issue, thoroughly rinse your watch with fresh water.
I Rinsed My Watch but the Button Is Still Stuck
Stuck buttons after rinsing the watch may require you to follow the steps below to restore functionality.
Fill a small bowl with fresh water.
Place the watch in the bowl and allow to soak for 10 minutes.
Remove the watch from the bowl and rinse thoroughly under a low-pressure faucet.
Shake off the excess water and allow it to air dry completely.
