No Audio from a Zone or Channel on a Fusion® Stereo

If there is no audio coming from a zone or channel on a Fusion® stereo or speaker:

  • Check that the volume on the zone is turned up
  • Check that the stereo internal amplifier is turned on
  • Check continuity of wire connecting the speaker to the stereo or amplifier
  • Do not allow bare speaker wires to touch other metal parts or each other
  • Move the speaker to a different channel to see if the problem follows the speaker or the channel
  • Move a known-working speaker to the zone in question
  • If an external amplifier is being used, check that the gain or level is turned up and that the amplifier is turning on properly
