Extending the cables from the ECU to the pump during the installation of a GHP 10 Autopilot

It is not recommended that the power cable connecting the pump to the ECU be extended during installation. The pump's power cable carries high levels of current and extending this cable would lead to excessive voltage drop and electromagnetic emissions. Please mount the ECU as close to the pump as necessary to use the cable lengths provided. Note that any modification of the cable coming from the pump will void the warranty.
