Open the Connect IQ Store app.
Select Search.
Type in the name of the app.
Select the correct app.
Scroll down and tap Contact Developer.
Type in your comments.
Select Send.
Select your product to confirm this information applies to you

If an app installed from the Connect IQ™ Store is not working as intended, the developer of the app should be contacted. The option to contact the developer is present on every Connect IQ™ app page.
Contacting the Developer
On the app page, select Contact Developer.
Type in your comments.
Select Send.
