Issues With an App Installed From the Connect IQ Store App

If an app installed from the Connect IQ™ Store is not working as intended, the developer of the app should be contacted. The option to contact the developer is present on every Connect IQ™ app page.

Contacting the Developer

  1. On the app page, select Contact Developer.

  2. Type in your comments.

  3. Select Send.

I Know the Name of the Connect IQ App

  1. Open the Connect IQ Store app.

  2. Select Search.

  3. Type in the name of the app.

  4. Select the correct app.

  5. Scroll down and tap Contact Developer.

  6. Type in your comments.

  7. Select Send.


I Do Not Know the Exact Name of the App but It Is Loaded to My Garmin

  1. Open the Connect IQ Store app.

  2. Select Device (bottom right).

    • If you need to change devices, tap Three Dots Icon in the top right and select the correct Garmin device.

  3. Tap the field that applies to the installed app.

  4. Locate and tap on the correct app.

  5. Scroll down and tap Contact Developer.

  6. Type in your comments.

  7. Select Send.
