Garmin Express Steps to Revoke Consent to Upload Data to Garmin

NOTE: When Device Upload is disabled there will no longer be a Sync button available in Garmin Express

1. Open Garmin Express

2. Select your device

3. Select Tools & Content

4. Select Privacy

5. Select Change Upload Preferences and then Opt Out
   

   • If you only wish to prevent any new data from uploading from your Garmin device, select the toggle switch under Garmin Device Upload
