Advanced workouts can be created that include goals for each workout step, varied distances, times, and calories. Create workouts using your Garmin Connect™ account, or select a Garmin Coach plan that has built-in workouts, and transfer them to a device. NOTE: Garmin® watches are limited to 25 non-scheduled workouts that can be downloaded onto the device, including preloaded workouts. Edge® cycling computers have a limit of 200 non-scheduled workouts.
