Deleting Tracks From An inReach Explorer+ or SE+
There are several reasons why you may find the need to delete the tracks on your inReach SE®+ or inReach Explorer®+ handheld:
- Free up space to record a new track.
- Map screen cluttered by an old track.
- Confusing the old track on the map with the currently-recorded track.
- Tracks reappearing after being deleted on the Garmin Explore™ website.1
IMPORTANT: Following these steps permanently deletes the data, and it will no longer be in the inReach device. If data is deleted on the device before it has been synced to the Garmin Explore website, the data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
