What is the Garmin eLog ELD System and how is it Compliant with FMCSA?

The Garmin eLog™ Compliant ELD system consists of the Garmin eLog Compliant ELD adapter that plugs into the CMV's diagnostic port and communicates via Bluetooth to the Garmin eLog™ App hosted on a mobile device.
