Reset PRO Control 2 Remote Release

There are a few instances, where it may be necessary to perform a reset on the PRO Control® 2 RR, including:

• Restoring the factory default audio file settings
• Not functioning properly

Any previously saved custom wav files will be deleted and replaced with factory default files audio files.

To perform a reset:

1. Plug the device into a computer with the USB cable
2. Press and hold the power button for approximately 15 seconds
3. When the light turns yellow, release the power button

The device should now be reset to default factory settings, factory default audio files have been restored and the device should function as expected. The PRO Control 2 handheld and the Remote Release will need to be paired again.
